Country Tails is closed to the public every Sunday of long weekends, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.

We recommend bringing your pet in the morning or early afternoon so they can enjoy playtime and get comfortable with the new environment.

*If a pet is dropped off or picked up after our business hours, an additional late fee of $50 will be applied to your invoice every 15 minutes. Notice of late arrival must be given before closing.
